Privacy notice for data subjects in Mexico.

1. Identity and address of the controller

OHMYBITZ MANAGEMENT LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, with its address at 150 SE 2nd Ave STE 1403 #6495, Miami, Florida 33131, United States of America, is the controller of your personal data. This document refers to it as the house.

The house trades under the OHMYBITZ brand and represents Spanish-language content creators in programming, technology and science communication.

Email address designated for everything relating to personal data, including the exercise of ARCO rights: privacy@ohmybitz.com.

The house has no domicile or establishment in the United Mexican States. This notice is made available to data subjects located in Mexico and is drafted in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025, so that they can exercise their rights in the form that law provides.

2. Personal data subject to processing

OHMYBITZ collects the following personal data directly, when you provide it by submitting a form on the site.

• Identification and contact. First and last name, email address.
• Professional. The company or organization you represent and, where applicable, that company's website, the outlet you work for or the name of the event you organize.
• Data about the project you are asking about. The product being promoted, the objective, the format of interest, the date window, the reference budget range, the size of the team, the city and country of the venue, the expected audience, the closing date and the free text of your message.
• When you are a creator asking for representation. Your channels, your stated audience, the address of your media kit and the topics and categories you cover.

OHMYBITZ does not collect sensitive personal data. It does not request or require data on health, racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference, biometric data or genetic data. It does not collect asset or financial data such as account or card numbers either, nor official identification data.

OHMYBITZ does not collect personal data indirectly from any other source and builds no profile of your browsing. The only cookie it writes stores the language you asked to read the site in, two letters that neither identify you nor allow you to be followed.

Two remote means operate automatically, and they are reported here because the law requires it. Every page loads a visitor count provided by Cloudflare, which counts how many times each page is opened and to do so processes the address of the page, the address of the site you came from, the type of browser and device, the loading times and, to work out the country, your IP address, technically and without using it to identify you. It places no cookies and no identifier on your device, and OHMYBITZ receives only aggregate statistics. And the pages that have a form also load an anti-abuse verification provided by Cloudflare which, when the page opens, processes your IP address, technical characteristics of your secure connection and your browser headers, for the sole purpose of checking that whoever is about to submit the form is a person and not a program. It does not place cookies or any other identifier on your device, it does not track your browsing across sites and it does not build a profile of you. OHMYBITZ does not receive that technical data. It receives only the result of the check. The verification exists only on the pages that have a form, so not opening one of those pages is what keeps it from operating. There is no setting that turns it off while leaving the form in place.

3. Purposes of the processing

Primary purposes. These are necessary for the relationship that begins when the form is sent and do not require any additional consent from you.

• To deal with, follow up on and answer your inquiry.
• To prepare and send you a commercial proposal.
• To share with the creator you are asking about the information needed for that creator to confirm availability and interest in the project.
• To assess your profile, when you are a creator applying for representation.
• To prevent automated and abusive use of the forms on the site.
• To comply with the legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply to the house, and to respond to requirements from a competent authority.

Secondary purposes. These require your consent and are collected through a separate, unchecked and optional checkbox in the form itself. Refusing is not a reason for OHMYBITZ to stop dealing with your inquiry.

• To send you commercial and promotional communications about the activity of OHMYBITZ.
• To send you presentations of profiles of creators in the roster and news about it.

If you do not want your data processed for the secondary purposes, leave the checkbox unchecked. You can also say so later by writing to privacy@ohmybitz.com, and the house will apply it immediately.

4. Options and means for limiting use or disclosure

You have the following means available to limit the use or the disclosure of your personal data.

• The checkbox on the form. Leaving it unticked limits the processing to the primary purposes.
• The unsubscribe link. Every commercial communication OHMYBITZ sends includes a link to unsubscribe, which takes effect immediately.
• The OHMYBITZ legal mailbox. By writing to privacy@ohmybitz.com you can ask for your data to stop being used for a given purpose, for you to be excluded from the mailing list or for its disclosure to a third party to be limited.

OHMYBITZ does not take part in public advertising exclusion registries. If an applicable one existed, it would still handle your request by the means above.

5. Mechanisms, means and procedures for exercising ARCO rights

You have the right to access the personal data about you that the house holds and to know the terms on which it is processed, to rectify it when it is inaccurate or incomplete, to request its cancellation when you consider that it is not required for any of the purposes of this notice or when it is being processed in breach of the law, and to object to its processing for specific purposes.

How to exercise them. Send your request to privacy@ohmybitz.com. So that OHMYBITZ can deal with it, the request must contain:

• Your name and an email address where you can receive the reply.
• Something that allows your identity to be established. As a general rule it is enough to write from the same email address you used to send the form. Only if there is reasonable doubt will OHMYBITZ ask for a document that establishes your identity or the authority under which you are acting, and that document will be used solely to verify the request and will be deleted afterwards.
• A clear description of the right you are exercising and of the data it concerns.
• In a rectification request, the correct data.

Time limits. OHMYBITZ will communicate the decision reached within a maximum of twenty days counted from the date on which it receives the request, and if the request is well founded it will give effect to it within the fifteen days following that communication. Exercising these rights is free of charge. Only justified costs of sending or of reproduction on a medium other than email may be charged, and this notice already offers email as a free channel.

Authority. The competent authority for the protection of personal data held by private parties is, under the law in force, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.

6. Transfers of personal data

OHMYBITZ does not sell, does not rent and does not trade your personal data, and does not transfer it to a third party so that they can offer you their own products or services.

Your data is disclosed only to the processors that handle it on behalf of OHMYBITZ and under its instructions, and to the recipients needed to fulfill the purpose for which you wrote. A disclosure of this kind does not constitute a transfer that requires your consent.

• Transactional email delivery provider, in Argentina, which carries the content of the form to the OHMYBITZ mailbox.
• Email campaign sending provider, from the same group and in the same country, only if you gave consent for the secondary purposes.
• Site hosting provider, which operates the server where the form is received.
• The creator you are asking about, when the inquiry concerns a specific person, or whoever handles the relationship with that creator.
• Legal, accounting and tax advisors to OHMYBITZ, when an inquiry turns into an agreement.
• Competent authorities, when there is a well-founded request or a legal obligation.

Outside national territory. OHMYBITZ is located in the United States of America and its email provider in Argentina, so the processing of your data involves its transmission outside Mexico. By submitting the form and accepting this notice you consent to that transmission for the primary purposes described. If you do not consent, the way forward is not to submit the form and to write to OHMYBITZ by another means.

7. Procedure and means for announcing changes to this notice

The house may modify or update this privacy notice when its services, its providers, its privacy practices or the applicable regulation change.

Any modification will be communicated by publishing the updated version at this same address on the site, with its new effective date visible at the top of the document. Where the change materially affects the purposes of processing or the rights of data subjects, the house will also announce it prominently on the site before applying it, and if the new purpose requires consent, it will request it again.

It is up to you to check this page from time to time. The effective date lets you verify whether the document has changed since you last read it.

8. Simplified notice and how it relates to the general policy

The text next to the checkbox on each form on the site is the simplified form of this notice: it identifies OHMYBITZ, states the purposes of the processing, indicates that there are secondary purposes you can refuse and refers to this page, where the full notice lives.

OHMYBITZ also publishes a general privacy policy and a cookie policy, which describe the same processing with the level of detail required by the rules of other countries where the house has regular contact. For a data subject located in Mexico, the applicable document is this notice, and the other two supplement it in everything that does not contradict it.

Spanish is the reference language of this document.
